Oliver O. Naimi has a personal passion for representing injury victims. He was involved in a catastrophic accident when he was eighteen years old, where he was taken advantage of by the insurance company, who did not want to take responsibility for the accident. As a result, he changed course from pursuing a medical degree to becoming a lawyer in order to protect those who have been harmed by others.
Oliver made the commitment to stand up for and protect the rights of individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to the negligent actions of another in personal injury cases. Through his dedication, Oliver has secured millions of dollars for clients.

While attending law school, Oliver served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Sheri Bluebond in the United States Bankruptcy Court and as a law clerk in the District Attorney’s Office in the Auto Insurance Fraud division.
After being admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, as well as the United States District Court and Central District of California, he worked as an associate at Ryan & Associates, where he dealt with real estate, business, and corporate mergers as well as complex civil litigation cases, while simultaneously helping those injured in accidents caused by the negligence of another.
Oliver realized that he could not dedicate enough time to his injured clients if he worked on other types of cases as well, so he left Ryan & Associates and became a founding attorney and managing partner at Citywide Law Group.
At Citywide Law Group, Oliver only deals with personal injury cases where his clients have been severely injured. He has taken it upon himself to handle and cultivate personal relationships with his clients as he personally walks them through each step of the case from dealing with the insurance companies to taking the cases to trial, if necessary.
As a result of his ongoing relationship with clients, he knows all aspects of their case and can help them heal from their injuries while maximizing their monetary recoveries to compensate for the pain and suffering they have had to endure.
